Welcome to the CSI Technology Helpdesk! To submit a helpdesk request, simply click Submit a Request. Please provide your full name, email address, and phone number. Select a category for the issue you are experiencing, and be as specific as possible in your description. You may also attach any screenshots or other files that you feel may be helpful in resolving the issue.
If you are checking on a previous request, please click Check on a Request. You will need to provide your access key in order to view the progress (Access Key = number given immediately after the request was submitted). If you do not have your access key, you may type in your email address and click "create or reset my password". This will generate an email sent to the address you have provided. Follow the instructions in the email massage in order to log in and view all of your active tickets.
